Scottish Enterprise Glasgow approached 55degrees with a view to producing a DVD, illustrating their success with the Construction Skills Action Plan.
They needed a video to convey an immediate impression of how the Plan was progressing and companies such as W H Malcolm and Glasgow North Ltd continue to participate in the scheme.
