Every year about a hundred young people leave care in Glasgow. Before moving into a home of their own often these young people would benefit from staying with a carer. A carer prepares the young person for independent living. But there is a shortage of carers and so Glasgow City Council Social Work Department commissioned 55degrees to produce a recruitment DVD about this sensitive subject.
