North Ayrshire Council's Building Services Department annually recruit school leavers into their Modern Apprentices programme. Previously the Council were experiencing difficulty in filling all their vacancies. 55degrees were commissioned to produce a DVD to help them meet their targets. They now attract an excess of applicants and the DVD is updated and re-distributed annually.
