Positive Futures is a Glasgow City Council multi-agency initiative that helps young people leaving care into work and further education. 55degrees designed and produced this CD-ROM to help Positive Futures promote the service to young people and carers. It features video interviews with care leavers and workers, information about benefits and other options, web-links to support agencies and a short promo video about Positive Futures itself.
